As an experienced artist/ facilitator I offer mentoring for artists, creative practitioners and community facilitators. A one to one space to explore your practice, dreams or goals you may have or any struggles you might be facing professionally. This can be in person or online via zoom. I suggest a series of at least three sessions weekly or monthly, but this is flexible.

£70 per hour for funded organisations

£60 per hour full time employed practitioners

£50 per hour freelance artists

As a trainee gestalt psychotherapist with Welsh Psychotherapy Institute (WPI) and the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), I offer individual therapy as part of WPI's affordable therapy service.

People come to therapy for different reasons, it might support you to:

-navigate a particularly difficult transition

-process identity issues,

-explore your relationship to your body,

-process grief or historic trauma,

-develop self awareness

-navigate relationships

I currently offer individual therapy in person in Cardiff
